Our Merchant of Record
All orders for Randomly Good Writing at www.randomlygood.com are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles checkout, applicable taxes, payment receipts, and payment-related assistance.
The 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if fewer than 10,000 word credits from that purchase have been used. A purchase with 10,000 or more word credits consumed is not eligible under this voluntary policy. This policy applies to monthly plan purchases and Deadline Top-Up Pack purchases.
How to request a refund
Open the assistance link on the receipt sent by Paddle.com and include your order reference and the account email associated with the purchase. We will review the purchase date and credit usage. Do not include your manuscript or private API keys in a billing request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
Cancellation and your legal rights
Canceling your subscription prevents future renewal charges and is separate from requesting a refund for a completed payment. Statutory rights, mandatory withdrawal rights, and remedies for faulty services take precedence wherever applicable.
